Pablo Garcia Tello is a physicist and innovation expert specializing in knowledge transfer between research, industry, and public institutions. With a PhD in Materials Science, he has worked across academia, deep tech industry, and European innovation frameworks.

His career spans research and teaching at MIT, roles in micro- and nano-electronics and biotechnology at Philips and NXP Semiconductors, and extensive work in EU innovation programmes for both public and private organizations. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed scientific papers and holds more than 10 international patents.

At CERN, Pablo has played a key role in strengthening research-to-industry collaboration as Knowledge Transfer Liaison Officer and now leads EU-funded initiatives as Section Head of the CERN EU Office. His work focuses on translating scientific excellence into societal and industrial impact—an expertise he brings to shrine as an advisor.
