Airí designs communication and social innovation programs that shift mindsets and behaviors toward a more equitable society. With over 13 years of experience, she is the Synthetic Memories Lead at Domestic Data Streamers, where she works at the intersection of data, AI, storytelling, memory, and social rights advocacy.
She spent six years at The Care Lab, raising awareness of inequalities embedded in care systems and helping design new services for people who give and receive care in local and international contexts.
Her work includes end-to-end project leadership, communication strategy, narrative development, visual and audiovisual content creation, qualitative research, facilitation of citizen participation processes, event organization, and service design. She develops innovation and communication programs that translate complex issues into tangible social impact.
Outside of work, she spends time between Barcelona and the Pyrenees, where she was born, and travels whenever she can.
